All of the functionalities are based on the clinical workflow; a Careplan. Please take some time to read the FHIR Careplan specifications.
Inside a Careplan you can have:
- Careplan name; normally this is the topic this is about (Physical, mental, but also Diabetes or Asthma,...)
- Careplan description
- A Careteam to share this specific careplan with
- Goals
- And for each Goal you could set tasks
If for example you would like to have lists of exercises or anything you would like the user to do this should be based on the creation of a task inside such a Goal.
